Return Policy:
Returns
We only accept the return of orders that are unopened, unused, and within 14 days of their delivery.
Please Contact Us (Click Here) to begin the return process.
You must get an RMA Number from us prior to returning your item.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Order Cancellations
You are entitled to cancel your order within 8 hours without giving any reason for doing so. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.
You can inform us of your decision using our Contact Us form.
We can not accept a cancellation request after we have started making your item.
We will process your refund on the day we receive your cancellation request. We are not responsible for any processing delays or transaction times incurred by the payment provider. We will refund the transaction using the same payment method you used for to place the order. You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Replacement
If you received defective, damaged, or incorrect products, please contact us at via our Contact Us page. We may require a photo of the products that you received to confirm the condition of your order. Our team will provide replacement assistance.
If your order experienced problems with shipping or delivery, please reach out via our Contact Us page. To receive timely assistance, please provide your order number and confirm your full shipping address in your information form.
Please Contact Us regarding any assistance you require within 14 days of your order’s purchase date. After 14 days we are unable to guarantee that return, refund, or replacement assistance can be offered to remediate the order issue you experienced.

Hi, I’m John, the creator behind Blazing Engraving, based in Mount Holly, New Jersey. What started as a part-time hobby quickly grew into a passion for crafting unique, personalized laser-engraved products. Every item is designed and created right here in my workshop — no mass production, no drop-shipping, just custom pieces made with care for each customer. I love bringing ideas to life and helping people create meaningful gifts, keepsakes, and business/promotional items.

We offer over a dozen payment options to ensure you can pay via a method that suits your needs. All payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider, and are protected by encryption. Should you return any of your order and are due a refund, we will refund the value of your order via the payment method you originally used.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Our online store software automatically calculates the best shipping rates, and handlers to make sure you receive your goods quickly and cheaply. We ship our products as quickly as possible, but all items are made to order. A detailed processing time is provided on product description. This is not a guarantee your product will be shipped in that window, just the timeline we strive for. Most orders are shipped earlier than estimated. The shipping method and carrier you choose will also effect the delivery window. We are not responsible for delays after the shipment has been accepted by the carrier. We are not responsible for packages stolen after the carrier has delivered it.
